Parking
We provide one parking space per room on the premises. first floor & second floor Parking available. Extra vehicles may use the center parking area. Generally, you may keep your vehicle in our parking lot if recorded on the guest registration form.
Extra Guests
Extra adults are charged at $10 per person. We allow a maximum of 4 adults in rooms with two queen size beds. Guests must be registered with the front desk. Guests not registered will not be given a key to any room.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit to confirm guarantee a reservation.
This deposit amount is usually an amount equal to the first nights rate. We will charge this deposit to a credit card prior to your arrival date.
If you need to cancel your reservation you must call at least 1 days prior to your arrival date to notify us.
If you cancel within 2 days of your arrival date you will forfeit your deposit. after 24hour cancel we charge one night.
Early Departure
Refunds are not offered for early departure. Considerations may be given for emergency situations.
Non Smoking Policy
Non Smoking rooms at the Flagestone Motel are SMOKE FREE rooms. Guests who smoke in the room will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. Therefore we must perform an “extreme cleaning” after smoke contamination in a room. This includes, but is not limited to, carpet steam cleaning and shampoo, curtain washing, bed pads, comforters, pillows and blankets washed (including the spare pillows and blankets in the credenza), walls washed and the entire room treated with a special deodorizing agent. This guarantees to the next guest the cleanest possible environment.
Security
We provide nightly security and CCTV monitoring on our property.
The security will enforce our policies with regard to behavior while on the property. The security is authorized to call the towing company to tow unauthorized vehicles from the lot.
The security personal does have the power to evict guests if necessary. Evicted guests do not receive refunds for any remaining nights of their stay.
Pet Policy
Pets are Welcome
Please keep them on a leash at all times.
Please pick up after them.
Pets are welcome at our motel. We charge a $15 per night pet fee. Guests with pets must provide a credit card at check-in. We will permit pets to be left in room unattended for short amounts of time. If your pet disturbs other guests you may be asked to leave.
Housekeepers will not service a room with a pet in the room. We will try to accommodate cleaning while you and your pet are out if you notify the office. Guests who bring their pet in without our permission will be charged a $100 for cleaning fee.
Non-Refundable Pet fees
Daily - $ 15.00 each Pet.
Weekly - $35.00 each Pet.
Monthly - $55.00 each Pet.
